  The Department of Civil Disobedience is one of the premier departments at Wadener University. With an accomplished faculty of disobedient civilians, the Department of Civil Disobedience prides itself on its ability to offer students a truly unique learning opportunity.

  The Department of Civil Disobedience makes its home in the Walter Capp Civil Disobedience Building (CCDB). Built and named after the great Walter Capp, the CCDB is one of the finest buildings on campus. Learn about Walter Capp himself with a plaque commemorating him at the buildings entrance.
